Welcome to Pineapple Fresh Home Cleaning ("Pineapple Fresh," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our residential cleaning services in Hudson, Bergen, and Essex County, New Jersey. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide residential cleaning services, including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. The scope of each service is described in your quote or booking confirmation.

2. Quotes and Booking

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are good-faith estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition or size of the home differs materially from what was described. A booking is confirmed only when we communicate a confirmed date and time.

3. Home Access and Preparation

You agree to provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the home, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation. Please secure pets and store away cash, jewelry, and fragile valuables before the visit.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or lockouts, may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at booking.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.

6. Satisfaction and Re-Clean

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas.

7. Damage and Liability

We are an insured cleaning company. If you believe our team damaged an item, notify us within 48 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear, improperly secured items, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed before the service.

The content of this website is provided for general information. We may update the site and these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
